I came over to the Bear's after the 1st Inf. left. I came there because I loved the missions (same as in the Bulldogs) and also there were many of my classmates in the Bears and Diamond Heads we did party hardy. Hope all are well. If you are in Tucson look me up.

I was A LRP for the 25th in Cu Chi in 1968. The Little Bears flew us multiple missions. I later became an aviator and had the honor and privilege to command the 17th Assault Helicopter Company(The Old Alpha Company) in the 1986-87. We became the Wings of Lightning. very proud of mu association with this great unit

I was a crew chief with The Little Bears from 8/1/69 to 9/2/70. The helicopters I flew in were 847 that I crashed in and 770 I was in until I finish me tour. I was a member when Ron Lenard was in charge of it, after that I lost contact with everyone. I would like to become a member again. On the roaster the only thing that has changed is my email everything else is the same.

"To those who have fought for it, Life has a flavor that the protected will never know!"
Between mortars, rockets, RPGs, booby traps and bullets, there was no safe place in for a soldier in Vietnam. !Thank you chopper guys for coming to our call and often rescue.
Remember your Christmas in the Nam? Mine was spent on an ambush patrol near the Cambodian border.
