Hi Ian,

Glad to hear you're still active on AM. Look forward to hearing the AT5.

Hi Keith.
We spoke a while back using AM when i was portable on the hills near Eastbourne and i remember working you with my FT-817nd with my modified mic so the AM sounded reasonable!
I have recently obtained a Codar AT5.Its in perfect condition and i must get it on the air on 3615KHz soon.

Hi Neil,
Thanks for signing my guest book. I guess you saw my page about the KW2000. Good luck with your 2000A - I'm afraid the construction won't be up to Kenwood standards, but they can be brought back to life! The only Kenwood gear I have is the TS830S (my "modern" rig!). Beautiful transceiver (apart from a slight drift problem). Doesn't get a lot of use though as it won't do AM, which is pretty much the only mode I use now. 73 de Keith

I've just scored a KW 2000A and looking forward to restoring it. I've done 7 Kenwood Hy-brids so far, see some on QRZ.COM VK6NSB
