Happy to have found this site. I am the great granddaughter of Maude Bagley who was the daughter of Henry William Bagley. Maude married John Wise and their son Robert was my granfather. Please contact me if you would like info on Maude's children, place of burial etc. Enjoyed learning about my Bagley ancestors.

I would like to introduce myself as the GG Grandson of David and Friederike Petznick who arrived in Kewaunee County, Wisconsin in 1863 from Kranzin, Arnswalde, Neumark, Brandenburg, Prussia. One of the small towns in Pommern named Petznick is very nearby. The town is now called Krzęcin in Poland

I suspect that the Petznick name is quite rare and there may be a connection. I have taken the Ancestry DNA test and the results are also on Gedmatch as Kit#942831. I would be interersted in hearing from you if you have a DNA test done. It would be interesting to see if we have a common ancestor.

I have 5 different family lines from Pommern. According to my DNA Haplogroup, my Duescher family ancestors lived in the area for at least 2000 years. (Based on the R1b1 U106 Haplogroup) My full haplogroup is R1b1b2a1a1
