Hello all, we calle Thomas of Custom Built Desktop Computers for we needed an upgrade with our desktop computer.

We told him we wanted a large capacity internal hard drive and dvd rom drive, he then told us that we needed to back up all important information with the cd- drive that's already in the tower before he can install the new hardware.

Thomas gave us instructions on how to do all this so we don't waste too much time and then after he total up all costs, we fronted him full payment includig shipping/handling and he told us that all parts will arrive at our home within 1 week.

We even spoke to his rep. out of state and told him that Thomas was highly recommended to us and his rep. agreed. His rep. didn't want to be publically indentified since he does not sell to the general public just to retailers and certified technicians like Thomas.

We look forward to our upgraded computer and know Thomas will do a real professional job, we thanked him for his patiece. He knows his stuff.

We live in Lake Forest and Thomas of Custom Built Desktop Computers is just around the block from us and came to our home to give us an estimate on a new desktop computer and his price is lower than the cheapest desktop for what we want in it.

It will be a gaming desktop and usually with all the special hardware would cost around $2500 in most retail outlets and online as well but Thomas is doing the whole thing including his labor and shipping/handling for around $2000.

in today's computer market it's really important to save money when possible. all parts will arrive within 7 day's and Thomas will build it within one day after.

we recommend his services to everybody.

We live in Coto de Caza and Thomas came to our home to discuss us having him built our dream desktop computer and he went over all costs including his labor which is very reasonable. His price beat everyone by about 30% including shipping/handling.

We would like everyone to know that Thomas came to our residence in Newport Beach though it's a little out of his way, we told him that we're most definately in need of a custom desktop computer and he agreed.

We gave him the specs., and he gave us a price that is definately lower than purchasing it in an electronics store or computer store by around 25%.

Anyhow, we fronted him full payment and all parts will come withing a week, well worth the waite. He explained how it's done and we actually understood him so we know that this is the best and most economical way to go.

It will take him about 3-3 /2 hrs. to complete ane he doesn't mind us watching him. He's very patient, professional and most friendly.

We do recommend his services to anyone.

Thomas came to our home to discuss our new desktop computer that we're going to have him build. he was very polite, courteous and friendly. as we went over all aspects of the computer he gave us a total price and it did really beat an ad we saw in a megastore computer newspaper ad.

we're unable to disclose this ad for this is persoanl to us and we know Thomas takes his business very seriously. he beat the price by exactly 27.5% according to our calculator so we fronted him total payment including shipping/handling costs.

he told us all hardwar and software will arrive withing 5-10 business days and it's worth if for the price. there is no local computer retailer or general retailer who sells electronics that can match his price.

once he receives all parts, it will take him approximately 3-3 1/2 hrs. to complete, and we'll be watching him as he does everything, he'll be working in our home in front of us.

we recommend his services to anyone who needs a new custom desktop computer built. he really knows

We're Joann & david of Lake Forest and thomas came to our home to upgrade our 2 desktops amd did a real professional job.

1st desktop only needed memory upgrade.

2nd one needed memory upgrade and a dvd-multi player installed.

Anyhow he did everthing including dowloading all software in about 1 1/2 hrs. The software took most of time since he had to download and use it for some files we needed to back up.

We had the hardware already so he just installed everything and downloaded the software and took care of business. We highly recommend his services and he's a real pro with compassion.

my name is Linda living in San Clemente and Thomas came to my home based business to reload my windows 7, a virus somehow got in and my desktop computer wouldn't boot. since i had my own copy of windows 7 he reloaded it and did a repair boot so i wouldn't loose anything, it worked. he normally doesn't do service or repair anymore but since i had my windows cd he did it and his rate is the most reasonable.

my computer is running even better now and it's faster since he removed unecessary programs. i will highly recommend him to everyone i know for he's really compassionate, understanding, patient, and does it all with a smile. he even gave me a small discount since my business is in my home.

We're Patti & Joe of Dana Point and Thomas came to our residence recently and went over th total cost of building a new desktop computer to our specifications and the price did beat everyone out there including all manufacturers.

When he sais he will beat all he means it. We advanced him full payment and the parts including the windows 7 home premium, total is $1,575. the closest anyone else came was about $425, a little over 25%. It will take him once all parts arrive about 3-3 1/2 hrs. to complete.

We know we've made the right decision with Thomas for he also backs up all his work for up to 1 year since it's a new desktop computer and parts are warrantied by manufacturers.

He really knows what he's talking about and we've already recommended his services to some friends who also live here in Dana Point, they need to upgrade their 2 desktops.

my name is Ben and i reside in Corona Del Mar and Thomas came to my house to discuss possibly rebuiding my old desktop which is about 7 yrs. old and we went over everything and concluded he can rebuild it cheaper than us having him build a new one. he's really a true professional with integrity and compassion alond with patience.

my wife Kari agreed with us that it's the best way to go so we advanced Thomas full payment and he'll start when all parts arrive. we already have our windows xp pro cd to load on the future rebuilt. Thomas is really human and patient, if your need this type of work done, call him.
