I am sorry to hear that it is difficult to keep your facility running. I didn't know about your facility until after scanning the internet. I am looking to adopt a cat. It has been months since my "friend" past away and I am ready to get another. He was very special and unique to me. I know that I cannot replace him, but am looking for the same type of cat. Large, very large, maine coon type with long hair, loving, with an expressive personality and laid back. Would be very well loved and taken care of as an "inside cat only". Please let me know if you have any that would be similar. Thanks.

I think what you are doing here is SOOO wonderful!!! I have 3 cats of my own and together we have been through a lot. I am getting ready to graduate high school and will soon be attending college. My cats are at my grandmas but she wants me to be rid of them. But i cant part with them for some reason. I have had them since birth and there now 4 years old. Not sure what to do... I live in a trailer park near Sullivan, Mo and it frustrates me that so many people care so little about their pets and let them run loose without being spayed or neutered. They also leave them behind when they move or just throw them out when they don't want them anymore. They also let their children play with the small kittens and puppies like play toys. I have taken many cats in and had them spayed or neutered and I don't know how many I feed. It gets expensive!! I can not stand to see an animal go hungry.
