I live in a trailer park near Sullivan, Mo and it frustrates me that so many people care so little about their pets and let them run loose without being spayed or neutered. They also leave them behind when they move or just throw them out when they don't want them anymore. They also let their children play with the small kittens and puppies like play toys. I have taken many cats in and had them spayed or neutered and I don't know how many I feed. It gets expensive!! I can not stand to see an animal go hungry.
