What an amazing place we couldn't have asked for more. Super clean and modern a beautifully restored old house. Simon and Karine went out of their way to make our stay really good. We enjoyed our Easter visit to Long cottage, the standard of the accommodation is extremely high. Simon and Karine have thought about what really matters; very comfortable rooms with a communal facility in which to make tea/coffee, watch TV or simply chill. Very tolerant of guests with sandy wet suits. Great breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble for Simon and Karine. Pete, Jan and James Blackburn

Had a great time, was a pleasure staying. Felt more like staying with friends than at a bed and breakfast. Surfer friendly with great facilities for rinsing and drying wetsuits. A wholesome breakfast the next day was just what was needed. The room was very comfortable and bathroom was excellent. Will be popping down again. Cheers

Fantastic stay from start to finish. Very friendly hosts, cleam rooms, great breakfast, relaxing lounge area, hosts even gave lift to and from the pub...I could go on for a long time about plus points and cant think of a negative. I would recommend it to anyone.

What a great place to stay - comment from 22 year old son 'its like the presidential suite ,dad'! We had a great weekend in luxury accomodation with excellent and friendly hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and with salty surfers and surfing gear we felt very much at home. We highly recommend a stay here.Thanks Simon and Karine for having us - we will return for definite and will tell all our friends!!

Our whole family (2 adults 2 kids) stayed at long cottage . We decided to head to Croyde spare of the moment thing as we always tend to do, but we had no where to stay and hadnt really prepared. We came across this website and booked. When we arrived we were ever so pleased clean tidy and great quiet location kids had one room we had the other plenty of space. Breakfast was very nice and Simon and Karine very friendly and welcoming. Will book and stay again in 2008 but will probably not leave to last minute this time would recommend

This is the best quality B&B we've ever stayed at. The rooms are beautiful & if you've been surfing you can wash out your suit & hang it up which is so handy. We would highly recommend it & hope to stay again soon.
