I just got a yorkie from a rescue league.
just rescued my first yorkie - 4 years old, female.and so smart. it was instant love! it had been 2 weeks since i had had to put to sleep my constant companion of 14 years, a mixed breed,and i was so sad, so jenny is a blessing.thank you for all the tips on care, etc. i was glad to know about the reverse coughing.

I love your web site! Great information, thank you so much. My friend has a female yorkie and I watch her mostly on weekends. What a great personality she has. I love yorkies and I am doing my homework and reading about them. I would like to get one of my own. I do have two cats but they get along great with my friends yorkie. Again, thank you for this web site because it is teaching me alot.
I have visited your site many times and have chatted with you via e-mail over the past few years. I think your dogs are gorgeous and can't thank you enough for all the advice from your site and emails. I have three yorkies now--Sadie (4yrs.) Teddy (2 yrs.) and we just got little Gracie and she is absolutely the cutest little thing. I weighed her yesterday and she is 25 oz. and is 12 weeks! She has personality plus and her bitty size means absolutely nothing to her against the other 2. She is giving them a run for their money. I am so grateful that I was introduced to this breed. I know I will always have one around for sure as long as I am alive.
hi, my neighbour has a yorkshire terrier and i walk and mind him twice a week. my dad said he would buy me a miniature,female yorkie when i move out because he is'nt keen on little dogs.but i love them! my cousin also has a female yorkie called jip and bought another girl,yorkshire terrier named Lilly a few days ago!and said i could come over and dogsit it :) love the site!and give your dogs lots of hugs and kisses xxxxxxxxxx
Hi i love yorkies!!! i have a 5 month old teacup right now i absolutly love her shes the most perfect dog in the world. her only problem is that she still isnt potty trained but shes still is really small shes about 2 pounds now but she acts like a giant.
Ten yrs ago my first yorkie adopted me, I had her bred once and recieved her daughter. Since it has been just my lilly and she is now 8 yrs old and has been wonderful, I was always a cat person but this little breed stole my heart. I aam now and forever devoted to these little angles.
