My Mom is currently in Assisi, Italy (October 21st, 2008) on a pilgrimage...and she took her

prayer list with her....So rest assured, that a candle has been lit

in Sams' name in Assisi.....Hang in there you little warrior...

My heart aches for each of you! Sam and your whole family are in my prayers. I will light candles for you often.There is so much POWER in prayer and you have many prayer warriors sending strong requests to our Maker and hoping for the BEST for Sam and your family. You are so loved and there is so much positive energy being sent your way. You have amazing strength, resilience, and courage. I know you can endure. It must be so difficult and I have hope and faith that you will continue to obtain what you need each step of the way. I wish I could lift it off of you this very moment. Jolene, I pray for your comfort, peace, and knowledge that you have unconditional, forever love in the midst of this enduring, most difficult time. Sam is such a beautiful, special boy. I know he makes you proud and is such an inspiration. Nobody deserves to suffer like this. As a mother, I know you must hurt so much. Please know that there are many of your extended family banding together, like angels, asking to ease your baby of any suffering. Let go when you need to. Keep the faith, as we will continue to do for you too.

Dear Sam,

We love you and pray for you.  We will add you to our prayer box at the LDS Temple in Orlando, which is the House of the Lord, as close to the Lord as you can get.

Dear Jolene and Rick,

I feel so useless here in Tally.  Is there anything we can do for you guys.  Of course, we will continue praying for Sam's strength and more good days.  As well, we will pray that you both find the courage and the strength to keep going.
