I think you have done a wonderful thing for your people. My mother is of mixed race with her father being a Comanche. It's been great learning some of the Native American traditions. Please keep up the good work. It is greatly appreciated. Message Number: 65 - Thursday, November 13, 2008 21:57:15 PDT - [IP = 71.75.14.240]
I would like to thank you all for the dedicated work you do on a daily basis. Thanks for your service to our country. Also, for your loyalty to protect and serve us. We realize freedom is not free. It comes with a price. Many have already paid the ultimate price. GOD BLESS YOU ALL........ & THE U.S.A. Thank you for bringing to light what we all need to know, understand, appreciate and respect. Message Number: 63 - Monday, October 27, 2008 17:57:16 PDT - [IP = 64.118.122.246]
I just discovered a war record for my great-grandfather's brother who, at 18, served under Col. Creer at Diamond Fork in June, 1866. Reading your account really brought the people on both sides of this conflict to life. While I am not particularly proud of my family's participation, history is what it is. Thank you for helping to bring the truth to light. Message Number: 62 - Monday, September 29, 2008 10:11:56 PDT - [IP = 4.227.130.42]

p>Dear Phil, As always, you have a great impact on our lives as Native American. I always enjoy your writings in great details. I hope by now, you had found some postive paths and found yourself. Message Number: 60 - Sunday, July 6, 2008 18:10:31 PDT - [IP = 64.77.247.160]
Dear Phil, Thank you for including our program on your website and thank you for all you did with us and for us. (I typed this once and lost it, so if you got the first one, please excuse my sending it again!) We were very honored that you shared and participated with us. Thank you. Mr. Gottfredson, Thank you for re-releasing this book. I also liked your website. But when I was looking on your geneology page. There was a name in the L's that was William B. Lake. If this name refers to one of the four men killed at Uintah Springs, Sanpete County, Sept. 30 1853.(page 74 of Indian Depredations in Utah). The name is wrong. The name is William Luke. He was my great great Grandfather. The plaque at Fountain Green Park dedicated to this incident has his name on it. His name has been misspelled in a lot of books. Your great grandfather got it right in his book. I just wanted to make sure the record is correct if you make this movie or documentary that he gets his recognition. I appreciate that you are keeping history alive. Please email me with any questions that you may have.
