Wow Michelle! I've only heard very little through Monica about what had happened to your husband. I didn't realize what you all have gone through and are still going through. I'm glad that you have this blog and I hope that Luke will feel strong enough one day to share from his point of view. Has the blind spot cleared up yet? I will be praying for you both. It must be incredibly hard every day, but just from the short time we spent together in Atlanta, you have such a positive outlook on life and you are doing so well with Arbonne! I have no profound words and I wish I did. All I can do is remind you that the Lord is powerful beyond measure. He knows the desires of your heart and He established a plan for your lives long before the world was created. There is hope in that. Remain focused on the joy of His promises - even if those might be unclear at this time in your life.

It is important for your family to share what life is like. Perhaps this is all part of God's plan for your life. By sharing what you are experiencing, you are touching lives and allowing people to see just how big Jesus is. That's a powerful thing in and of itself.

In the meantime, please know that Ben and I are praying for your family. We are praying that people will rise up to help support you (if we lived closer, we would certainly be there to lend a hand). We are praying that the Lord's will would be revealed - and soon. We are praying for strength, clarity, peace, comfort, healing, and wonderful insight from medical professionals. We are praying that the Lord would use this "yucky" situation to solidify your marriage and the relationship you have with your children.
