I am looking to grow up from Songbirds to Raptors . . . any suggestions on Ravens, Crows, and the like . . . Using basswood primarily . . . Have you used black and/or blue India ink for colouring or other penetrating dyes or . . . would you suggest to stay away from that impulse and stick with acrylics? (I am primarily trying to combine some nice Mid and West Coast Native art and stories with realistic carvings . . very popular up here in the Pacific Northwest. Ravens are a source for many stories - therefore - carvings. I have managed 1 Raven on a mask so far. Will email a pic if interested. Many Thanks
Larry

I am mentally handicaped in some ways but I do have an artistic mind & hand. Actually, my friend Al is typing this for me.

I would like very much to send you an Email with pictures of a Chickadee I carved. I can do things
by seeing them done but writings and still pictures help me very little.

Will you please send me you Email address because
I would like your advise. Thank You, Brian
