Hello, I just spoke with a nice lady who was trying to help me over the phone and she suggested that I email you. I am wanting to make a twin quilt for my 2 1/2 year old grandson who will be moving to his BIG BOY bedroom. My daughter in law has found the Alexander Henry ABC Ranch in the cream background. She likes very much and she wants to pull as much red as she can with it. The bedroom is honey-colored wood paneling (not the 4 X 8 sheets), but very nice old wood that would lend itself to a cowboy bedroom. I am hoping that you can help me with the border fabrics. I know the red is going to be hard to work with (getting just the right red), but I hope you can look and see if you have anything that would work. I was planning to do two borders around the ABC Ranch panel and then a coordinating bedskirt (tailored, possibly with an inverted pleat). I will also need to do a window treatment for two windows (possibly roman shades or just a tailor valance, unless you have a better idea). I'll look forward to hearing from you.
