You people should be ashamed of yourselves. I am not even going to go into detail, but the the Rockies coaches have always been trouble and everyone in the league will be happy to see them leave. You people have no idea what you are talking about, and I pity your stupidity, and I also pity your children and the girls that unfortunately had to have you "coach" them. Hope you all have a good time in another league, because you do not deserve to be part of a league as good as this one.

Wow!!! Ya know the people that write such nasty things when they truly do not have a clue are amazing!!! Presidents don’t make money off their leagues, they spend their own money, time, sweat and energy trying to do the best thing for each and every player possible and most times they don’t even get a “Thank you”!! And believe me, it isn’t easy!! As far as the budget, fields, equipment, and ALL of the other NONSENSE……. Truly, you guys are way of base and the umpires should have ejected you a long time ago!!! Perhaps you should try finding out the facts before you slam the people that keep your league running, ………. “Be part of the solution and not part of the problem!!”

HGSA is by far one of the best leagues in this town AND Debbie is by far the MOST respected president in this town!!!!! If you think the grass is greener on the other side, simply take your marbles and go play some where else!! But DO IT, with dignity and for goodness sake show a good example for your children. The amount that we pay for this league is crazy, we get cheap uniforms, no trophies and get our fields taken away from us. The equipment the league lets us use is NOT up to ASA standards and if you ask to get new equipment GOOD LUCK! In regards to Allstars their is a girl who plays in the league who is the best hitter/fielder in the 10's and DID NOT make allstars not due to her ability, but the coaches did not like her DADDY! Is that fair to that player? If they knew her Dad like I know him she would be on that Allstar team. I am sorry for all this bad news but come on this league needs new people in office not just who DEBBIES decides who she would like to follow her and do as she says. Being a coach is alot of hard work and to be treated with disrespect is HORRIBLE!! If you are unhappy with this league like I am the best thing to do is LEAVE!!!

to get there.The week of tourney we did not know what the schedule was due to Debbie did not give it to us until Tuesday night tourney started Friday night.The parents on our team did concession/fields Friday night and Saturday with no complaints even though our fields were never done for us, and my parents just stepped up and did them. The following Saturday we were given a newsletter thanking all the teams were we mentioned NO!The way allstars works is horrible. The Head Coach of the 10's has no business being their due to his daughter is horrible.If you just want your daughter to have fun maybe City of Henderson is the way to go NOT HGSA! This league is horrible.

I have been a coach for the past 5 years and it is a shame that it has gotten so bad that I have to move my daughter out of this league into another one.If you do not have your WHOLE head up Debbies behind then she does not want any part of you. She states she does this for the girls and NO she doesn't,she does it for her pocket book.I have been asking myself why in the world are the little girls paying the same amount as the older girls when they do not even have umpires? Debbie and her little ducklings have really ruined a good league. There is so much talent in Henderson that these girls are going elsewhere to play because of the @!#%& the parents have to go through. I have been threatened several of times that if we (COACHES) do not come up with a sponorship we will not be able to coach or take our team to tournament. Again, their is favoritism there. I know for a fact there were several of teams that went to tornament this last season that did not come up with a sponsorship but kissed some major a** to ge

NUMBER OF PEOPLE COMING. THAT IS WHAT PEOPLE HAVE TO DO IS LEAVE. I RATHER TRAVEL TO ANOTHER LEAGUE THAN SIGN UP AND SUPPORT DEBBIE'S FINANCING. GOOD BYE ITS A SHAME!

THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE A STAND IS TO LEAVE HGSA! THIS USED TO BE A WONDERFUL PLACE BUT IT HAS DROPPED DRAMATICALLY THERE WERE SO MANY GOOD COACHES HERE BUT THEY WERE NEVER RESPECTED AND HAD NO CHOICE BUT TOO LEAVE WHICH HURT OUR GIRLS! DEBBIE ALWAYS CLAIMS ITS FOR THE GIRLS THE ONLY GIRL SHE CARES IS HER DAUGHTER KALI. THE COACHES WHO ARE STILL LEFT ARE YES PEOPLE ESPECIALLY THE BOARD MEMBERS THEY MAKE DECISIONS ONLY TO AGREE WITH DEBBIE. SOMEONE NEEDS TO MAKE HER OPEN THE BOOKS THE MONEY IS OUTRAGIOUS FOR CHEAP UNIFORMS NO EQUIPMENT PARENTS WHO WERE AT THE SPRING FLING HAD TO WORK FOR DEBBIE'S POCKET & CANT GO TO CERTAIN TOURNEYMENTS BECAUSE SHE CANT MAKE A PROFIT WHILE SNFASE CAN GO. THAT MAY BE THE ANSWER EITHER LET DEBBIE AND THE BOARD BE DISMISSED AND START AN ELECTED PRESIDENT AND BOARD OR JUST JUMP TO SNFA SE. ANOTHER PROBLEM IS HOW CAN 8 UNDER PAY THE SAME PRICE WITH 12 OR 14 UNDER WHEN THEY DO NOT HAVE 2 UMPIRES AND PLAY LATE. DEBBIE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE HENDERSON IS LARGE AND SHE WILL HAVE THE

i have 2 daughters that play in this league. my eldest had moved up to 10u but I had never seen so much favortism between the owner or president (what ever she is), Debbie, and some coaches and 12u and 14u teams. I can't beleive that she has the 8u playing a 7.30pm game when there are 2 fields not beening used at 6pm. Why can't 8u use them? These poor little girls play so late. I'm also upset the practice time was taken away from 8u & 10u so the older girls could practice or the older girls are schedued to practice with the 8u on the same field. Have you seen those girls throw & hit the ball? There's a major safety issue there!
How about openning up the books & show the parents how the money is being used. There's over $1200 collected by each team for registration & then a $350 sponsorship money, the Cookie dough money & then the end of the season party (which charges you for everything). During tournements they have parents fixing the fields & selling in the snack bar, which by the way I wasn't able to cheer

I'm very disappointed in this league. Of all the drama and favoritism that goes on between the board members, coaches, and parents. I was under the impression that this league was all about the girls having fun. In another note, it would be nice for the board to open the books once in a while for parents that might have any questions.
