Celebrated my birthday here on Sat night with a few friends. Great place - great atmosphere,music, food and service. Craic was fab. Staff even had a dance with us!!!!! I was the one who was lap dancing if anyone from Sat is reading this - haha!!!!!!

I spent my 50th birthday with my family June 16, 2009 at The Merry Plooughboy pub.It was a fantastic evening with good food, excellent atmosphere and a wonderful show. Thanks for a memorable evening.

Was at the pub on Apr 24, 2009 with CIE Tours - had dinner, and a few pints of course, and saw the show - fantastic time! Back home now and listening to the CD we purchased - love it! We need a place like the Merry Ploughboys here in our town!

Hi Fellas I eventually got around to visiting Dublin again last year,and popped in to your pub for a pint about six oclock,needless to say we were still there at closing time.You even sang the fields of athenry for us downstairs,God willing we will be back again this year many thanks Colm
