Attention East Antrim Harriers running the Toronto Scotiabank Marathon! Matt Millar, (an East Antrim Harrier from the late 1940's and 50's) will be at the Runners Expo on Saturday October 15th. We plan to be at in the "catering Area" between 12:00 and 2:00 and then by the stage to listen to Ed Whitlock from 2:00 to 2:30. We would love to meet you and welcome you to Toronto. Please drop by to see us. We will have a sign "Welcome East Antrim Harriers". Best of luck in the race.

hey harriers, Checked out temps for the Toronto marathon they vary. Seems to be between 8 and 12 at 9am and rising to between 6 and 14 max at 1pm . Strange. Im wearing shorts! id rather be cold!!

Congratulations to Norman from his Canadian running partners, Graham and Annie for a job well done in the Boston Marathon. For a guy from Northern Ireland, you were not too bad. In our estimation, half of what you were saying made sense. We are just not sure what half. I hope your legs are well and that your sunburn is healing.
