Tough story to read. Only positive thing is that this boy was loved desperately, in both life and death, and had the best parents on Earth. That's cold comfort when his death was avoidable, but it is SOMETHING. Thanks for creating this site.

Wow, Alabama Vet Watch is hugely informative--great job!
Asproolee's updated page is wonderful & EVERY single time I look closely at his post-death pictures--it is so OBVIOUS that this was NOT a dying dog in typical pre-death condition. I should know, I have sadly seen more than one of my own.
Lots of hugs, we will get our voices heard, Barbara

I am so sorry for your loss and I am so sorry Asproolee had to suffer. Hope the laws change soon and make vets more accountable.

I am sickened, yet again, reading this story about the life of a beautiful soul being cut short by vets and their poisonous drugs.
I am so sorry for your loss and share in your grief and anger. Asproolee's death will not have been in vain. I thank you for all you do in Asproolee's memory for all the animals and all the unsuspecting consumers. Thank you for being an angel and a messenger for our pets!

I am so sorry for your loss I know exactly how you feel, my Cockapoo was murdered by a vet when he chose to give him a horse, cattle drug to sedate him prior to a neuter surgery. Mutley collasped and died within minutes. No surgery was ever performed. I am left with lies and loss.I did not give informed consent to use this drug. I have a case in court pending a date. It is horrible and no one should have to endure this. It is a tragity. My heart goes out to you. God Bless your little one. If ever you need to talk please don't hesitate, my mname is Pat 301-497-7692 Anytime any hour. I do understand. It is traumatizing.

eautiful doggie, dearest Asproolee, here I am reading your loving parents tribute and my heart is breaking for them. What have they done to you, how tragic and irresponsible that those whom your human parents trusted and who were supposed to make you feel better so that you could enjoy still some time within your beloved family, didn't help you at all. They let you down, sweetie, my beautiful white angel, and by doing it they broke your mommy's and daddy's heart. The way to the healing of a broken heart is a long one, it may never reach its end. When we lose someone who means the world to us, we spend the rest of our lives in some kind of denial and all what we can do is to prevent that the words of such an inadequate and unprofessional treatment never reaches our minds and hearts again. Don't worry, little boy, I will spread the word about your sad story to people across the States and Europe. For some time you lived so close to my home, I do wish so much I had met you and hold you in my arms. I send you warm kisses and much love from my far away country. Rest in peace, precious boy, and keep watching over your mommy, she needs you so badly, comfort her, send her a sign, tell her that you will be togethe

Dear Raymond & Tina, I was so sorry to read what your beloved, adorable little boy went through. Asproolee does not blame you because everything you did was out of love for him. He is in a better place watching over you. Remember ALL of Asproolee's life & the special love you shared. A vet clinic killed my dog. I am dealing with the "dark side" too. Be strong & just by telling Asproolee's story, he is making people beware of veterinarians. God bless.

What a beautiful dedication to your sweet baby. My Rajah was a victim of veterinary negligence four years ago, time does not heal all wounds.
Thank you for visiting my site I will add a link to your site on my page LINKS.

Asproolee your story made me so sad and sick known what those vets were doing to you. Vets are only in for the money and it's very rare that you will find one that actually cares. Your parents are doing eveything for you so that it wont happen to another family. You were a part of the family.
We also went through a similar situation with our family cat mufasa almost two years ago the one vet didnt care but when we took him to another vet they did everything they could. Mufasa did die after my mom brought him him and this all happened in two days. I will never forget mufasa he will always be miss
You are forever going ot be in my heart and also for your mom and dad.
Our pets have every right
