I have done Prison Ministry in the past at MO State Prison in Jefferson City, MO, Fordland, MO, Rintz(outside of Jefferson City) and Galena, MO(county).

God has laid it upon my heart recently to get involved and be a vessel He can pour His HOLY WORD thru to those in and coming out of the prisons.

At presently I write to a young man in Illinois, and have written to a former inmate at Cameron, MO. One person helping another person, can and will make a difference. We are the light of Jesus that shines in the darkness for those who have lost their way.

A Care Team Member contacted me today per my request to send me an application to volunteer as a mentor. We just simply need to be obedient to His call and that is what my goal is in life.

Since Jan. 2009 I have been Associate Pastor at Christian Life. Prior to that I worked with and directed Teen Challenge Centers in different parts of the US.

We have an active Living Free ministry at CL. Is there a Jericho Commission branch in this area?

My son, 19, is very interested in the Jericho Commission. He has just completed his first year of a six year sentence at CCA in Nashville, TN. I look forward to hearing more about the program. I know he has a spiritual foundation upon which he is anxious to build.
