I would like to know why there was such a difference in the number of people counting the ballots? Having only 3 members count seems pretty shady. As well as not allowing members who would like to watch the count to verify that it is legit. I am very disappointed that the membership of this Union was bought for a $500 signing bonus. I know that there are other changes, but this was the main point trying to be driven home.
I seriously hope that some changes will be made in the future becasue at this rate we will have nothing left. What will we tell our kids? "This is a good job for me because I was hired in years ago", but now with another tier, and if this keeps up many more in the future, there will be nothing left for them.
