2008 AOMM was my first "century" and first organized bike ride other than the training rides this year (#4 was the first time I had completed 80 miles - What a ride.) I have been riding for 3 years with family and friends and of course I'm hooked. I have become "intimate" with Callahan Mt, Greenville water shed, and the cementary hill as I have been riding it just about every Tuesday for the last year and half training for something like the "assault". My goal was to finish and I did just that (10 h 39 m). Not as fast as I would have liked but I just need more training. Maybe next year I will improve my time.
