Was in Oki in 02-03 I lived at Fujis on the weekends, When ever I think of greatest bars ever, Fujis comes to mind. Got in a couple fights outside there too.

I was wondering whether you know of the bar owner of 'The Pearl' a bit further from the base. He went by the name "Tony", was active in the mid-70's and earlier...

I used to work as a bartender there in 1996-7 or so. I was also a marine(woman) stationed there. I am now a professional artist(painter) and am in Jamaica right now. I took many pictures of when I was in Fujiyama's, you can add them to your gallery if you want. I also painted some beautiful pictures of Okinawa, one of them being a scene from Fujiyama's. Actually, I just wanted to let you guys know that the painting is being shown in Miasa-Omachi on the mainland. I am really proud of it, Miko is in the center of the painting.
