We found Candyrock a little of 9 years ago while researching Malamutes as a possible pet. We visited them and fell in love with the breed even more. Not long after we brought home our first Malamute, Timber. She's a strong and healthy dog and full of spirit. After 9 years she still acts like a puppy. She's great with our kids and loves poeple in general. Malamutes don't make good guard dogs but they sure do alert you when something's wrong. If you need a family pet the Malamute is defintely the dog to get if you can handle the shedding and hole digging (which they get better about as they get older but may never completely grow out of).

Hi,Just wanted to update you. I purchased a male puppy, from you, his parents are Sakari and Reno, he was born 2/8/05. Makuda weighs 165lbs,& is all muscle. He had surgery to repair his left acl, cost $3,500.because he tore it while running around, but he is healthy & beautiful & very gentle, our children love him and loves people. He was the best addition to our family, the kids call him their hairy brother. Sherry

We bought a giant malamute from Nova and Jacy litter born 4/16/07. We purchased him for our sons' 21st birthday. Titan is not only my sons dog he is everyones! He absolutely loves my 17 month old grandson and is very gentle with him. He now sleeps with my son instead of a crate and is doing wonderfully. At 8 months he weighs 110. He is quite the talker and we have had many laughs over him. Thank you so much for breeding these great dogs. I will definitely come back for another one.
