hi your site has been a great help to us, my son was 16 may 2011 after a very long hunt we got him insured with mce, it was tough though full comp with his dad named was £550 plus 500 exs with marker studdy(mce) but document kept coming through as a street fighter!! and each time i rang they wanted to charge me to change it! in the end and an extra £55 they moved it to aviva the doucment now say ape so thats good :) also mce phone lines are expensive and after tomany phone calls to count an extra £25 on my bill but they cover a 16 year old, after this i discovered bell would of cover ring 08000891891. but he loves being on the road so well worht 3 weeks of no sleep tring to arrange insurane hope this may help others trudy

I have a Piaggio Ape 50 and over the christmas period my throttle cable snapped and i was emailing you to ask if you would know where to get parts from as i can't find anywhere on the internet where i can find a cable.

Brilliant site!!I've been looking everywhere for sensible upgrade info but unless you want a 135cc 100Kmh monster there's nothing.
My 110cc engine is now being built to virtually the same spec as your motor.
Can't wait to be bumbling around the Cornish countryside at 40 M.P.H.

my memory worked fast and as i just bought a tl2t (74) i remembered where to go...
i am still occupied with my ac3 but the 50 will benefit from some of your site.
keep your ape 50 , they are getting rare and valuable even in italy now
