Thank you for your work on this Andersonville project.
My great grandfather Addison Marion Fry(e) was in Andersonville
from May 1864 to April 1865 when he was carried out by the Union
Army. He went on to live a full life dying in my home town of
Willard OH in 1925.

I have been looking for his name on Andersonville rolls but don't
find him. Do you have any such records? Many Thanks.
Ken Rex

This is dedicated to my fellow Marine who was killed in a freak traffic accident between Phu Bai and Hue.
Wayne God bless you. I have just recently discovered that you are buried at Andersonville.

Hi,

My Great Grandfather was Benjamin T Gardner.
He escaped from Andersonville on 12/12/64.
He wrote an account of the escape which we placed on file at Andersonville.

Do you know if it possible to get a copy of it?
Our copies have been lost.

Thanks, Glen W Spafford

Hi: You sure have put together a very interesting site. We are taking the grandkids to Andersonville tomorrow, Sept. 5, 2009 as a help with the CW classroom project. Their daddy just left this morning on another tour overseas. He is on his third call-up.
Keep up the great work and the "Very Best" to you and yours, Bud
