Hello good site with good info.

I have had my master chrono 861, from new. An old girl friend bought it for me when we were on holiday in corfu around 1996.

I have worn it pretty much ever since, battery only required replacement, but otherwise all good.

Still in great shape and will hopefully see me out.

Great site, and has really helped me date a NOS Discoverer watch that we have acquired. I've added a link to your site from ours to help others.

About ten years ago I found one in a gutter in the nightclub area of Perth, I still have it and it's treasured, upkeep/maintenance ? About 6 battery reloads.

The clasp has the inscription C.T.W.9486 and the back states it is a Green belt 955.415 which I gather is one of the lesser models, either way I wear it proudly.

I'm very glad to see that after more than 30 years CT watches still deserve interest. I was the designer of the first original CT watches collection including the Green Belt, Superchrono and Multichrono Models.
My previous experience in top class watch design with the famous Hublot brand in the 80s made the worldwide success of the CT collection possible also thanks to the strong marketing support of the RJR Reynolds owner of the CT brand.
