Ah, yes. The rebels shall destroy your invading fleet of spinning lawyers, trying to think that our shares are worth $26, just before we finish our GTA4 Starship. We will converse with you only once we have our defences ready.
Seriously, EA are the Microsoft of the games world. Only us, Ubisoft, Konami and a couple of other "planets" are left. But, we will prevail!

Ah, Vice Admiral Smitty, my loyal servant. As you point out, Taketooine is worth exactly what the market is willing to pay right now, so this deal is extremely generous. In fact, we are paying more for this planet than it is really worth - because that would make total sense economically and we are such wise business people.
If Taketooine's stock really had an intrinsic value of $40, the share price would, of course, reflect that to the cent. Whoever heard of an inefficient market? Pah! The release of GTA would have no effect on Taketooine's share price whatsoever, and neither would the successful exploitation of their ip during the coming months and years.
In fact, I think we shall withdraw our offer next week, and leave this company to one of our competitors. Let some other publisher deal with the piffling sales of GTA and the lack of excitement over Bioshock 2, and while they're at it, they can have a go at challenging us in the sports arena. Let's see them try! I dare them. I double-dare them.
We are invincible! We fear no one!
Except Activision, a little. And maybe some of those Japanese companies. And come to think of it, Ubisoft's getting a little big for its boots. Then there's the media companies, the format holders...

I'd like to know where you're getting TTWO's stock is worth $40 because as of this post they are trading at $25.15. Another thing to consider is if EA walks the value will further decrease making the $26 a share a pretty good deal. I'm not trying to defend EA but at least try to make some sort of sense before you make a stupid website like this.

I not going to bash, but I enjoy competition in the gaming market and already dislike the way EA has ruined it, especially in the Sport Games Market.
I for one will not buy a game made by EA, due to most not being that good, short and the fact that I don't see why I should pay for DLC which is already on the disc. Also when I play an on-line game if I like I still may want to play it after a year or 2 and do not expect to see that I can't play because you do not support that game anymore and if I pay for Xbox live why should I have to then also sign in to EA servers.
All EA is about is money and you don't give a brass monkey about the consumpers or the industry.
Do yourself a favour, plz EA terminate yourself now.
