After many, many years of animal ownership from large to small, and a VT in the service (years ago) and private practice for a few years. I'm interested in holistic care since I have seen and lost animals to some of the problems associated with modern vet practice. It's a big change and change is difficult. Would you please suggest a few books or internet reading that I can review to help me in educating myself in this change.
Thank you
Chris

Dr. Gardner: It has been many years since I last spoke to you. My cat, Leo, was a patient of yours here in Fort Worth, Tx. Sara Lovegrove recommended you and you added at least four wonderful years to Leo's life. I'm so happy to see you are still in practice and have a beautiful daughter. We miss you in Texas! I have not found a holistic vet in this area to equal your knowledge and compassion. I may be contacting you soon on a consultation basis for my cat, ShuShu. Have a great holiday season and a wonderful Christmas.....Janette Gregory

I'm thinking of you and your family (humans and animals) at Easter, and during this beautiful spring! Paulette crossed over the rainbow bridge last March. In late June, a friend found a lost kitty and her dog didn't want him, so I adopted Bruce, an intact male 2 or 3 years old. He's kind of tabby on white, and he and I are getting used to each other. He really doesn't want to be an indoor cat, but he has gotten hurt when he stays out accidentally! Of course, I had to get him neutered and curtail his love life, too.
So, Bruce and I say hello! Hope all is well, and house is finished!
Hugs,
Nancy
