Totally impressed with your place in the middle of well no where. We stopped on a ride one Saturday when we were camping at Black Hawk. Very impressed with the beauty and whole set up that you have. We most certainly will be back.

Been to the Hollow couple of times. Clean place great atmosphere. Owner is great, people are friendly make you feel like you've known them forever..Food is excellent. Had steaks, sandwiches and the fish fry is just the greatest. Plan to go back again soon.

Like several previous visits we were again impressed with the good food and friendly service we recieved. I was somewhat surprised to find my favorite prime rib sandwich had been removed from the menu. Maybe if enough folks request it again Casey will reconsider !!!
