My Mom told me that you were blogging, and gave me the
coordinates to get here. This is a great blog here. Definitely
makes not having seen Nantucket in person for years a little
more bearable.
Your pictures are awesome and should receive awards. I
especially like the photo of the Brant Point Lighthouse in the
snow storm!

Hi there,
I lived on the Island and fished: bay scalloped, sea scalloped, bottom fished, 1971-1985. Sold my boat, apts and land "gaetors acre" (15 Bartlett Road) moved off island to obey a call of God to preach the Gospel. Ended up here in Springfield, Oregon with my beautiful wife and son 19, daughter 13,pastoring a fine church and spreading the "good news"!Just want to thank you for the pictures and blogs. Those were some of the best years of my life!!! Keep up the good work and Lord bless! Jack Gaeta age 61

the pics are breathtaking! Thanks for your efforts.
I will never stop being in awe of a sunrise or sunset.
My hubby and I will be traveling to the 'Grey Lady' for a joyous June wedding. My daughter and future son-in-law are very familiar with the island, and want to share their love of it.
Any suggestions on interesting places we should see while we are on island?
