Hello to all not sure if I signed in before but I wanted to say I was the first
kid to live on the lake. My family ( the Taylors) moved at 3306 Lakeshore dr.
around 1967.icould not swim when we moved in. After one summer I was a pro. Not long after we moved in the Dragos Dowells moved in.

I found the abstract for our house/lot, and it is fascinating reading. It "starts" around 1855 and progresses to the beginning of Maynard Lake as a community. Ed Conrad is going to scan it this weekend so it will be easier to read. Those lawyers sure talked funny in 1855.

By the way, thank you for all your hard work on the website. It's just lovely.
