I was introduced to your site a few day ago by a friend who is excited about her upcoming surgery. I am 6 yrs post op. I have gained some of my weight back. She told me about the 5DPT. I am on day 3 and so excited. This is a wonderful site and I am excited to become a part of it.

I wish I had realized how much better I would feel with less weight. I am now experiencing the weight loss and it has made a big difference in the quality of my life. Mentally and physically. I have been on a plateau for months and noone had an acceptable answer for me. I heard, it's a phase, your body's catching up to changes...all may be true, but after 6 months I didn't buy it anymore. After my dietician gave me carbs back i thought I was home free. I could eat just about anything again, sneaking chocolate/candy bars and they didn't make me sick, what a discovery. That's when this started! long story short, I've been poisoning myself and defeating my purpose of going through the surgery in the first place. I found the 5day pouch test, tried it and I'm back on the wagon so to speak. 4lbs gone over night and I feel amazing again. I didn't realize all that JUNK had been making me feel so run down and yucky until I've cleansed my body again. THANKS SO MUCH!! I love you're site! I'll keep you posted...Ellen

I will be 2 years from my surgery the end of February. I am 25 years old and at the beginning i weighed 320 lbs. I am now down to 220 and am struggeling. I was on depo for birthcontrol and the doc. said that its what's making me not loose anymore. I have decided to see a trainer at the gym, hopefully that will help jumpstart me again. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR ME. I REALLY WANT TO GET TO 150

I stumbled upon your web sight by going to obesityhelp.com and was reading on the message board and someone mentioned a 5-day pouch test.
i said where have this lady been, i needed her and still do. i am twenty five pounds from my goal.my appetite came back with a vengence and i know that this could be dangerous. i got a new lease on life when i got surgery. I knew it was not a quick fix.I thank you for stepping up to the table with a solution and a motivative web sight.
