Happy Rhodes fan Guestbook

Happy is living her life and is very content. She lives on a peaceful farm in upstate New York with her husband, musician Bob Muller. She has a "day job," one that she likes very much (she hand-builds pro-audio equipment for Dangerous Music, and is able to work at home). Though she hasn't made music for many years that is (we all hope) about to change. She and Bob are building a home studio which will, uh, we all hope, be used to make more of her beautiful and unique music.

I do delete entries not concerned with Happy's music or if I feel the entry isn't appropriate.

I'm sorry there's a length limit and that some entries have been cut off. I can't seem to change that. If you write something long, highlight and copy it before you send. If it cuts off, leave another message with the rest of it.

Please, if you have something you need me or Happy to get back to you on, leave your email address or send me a reply email when you receive the canned confirmation note (the one that eats apostrophes, sorry about that).

"Find Me," Happy's 11th album and her first since 1998's Many Worlds Are Born Tonight is released and is now available on CD Baby (both the CD and as mp3s), and on iTunes.

The Find Me album now has a MySpace page of its own, with 6 full songs, and song samples from the rest of the album.

Hi Happy, I admire your compositions and your beautiful voice and i know you really don't need to cover others. Don't get me wrong. But i think you would sing these songs just much better than thier creator. And that doesn't mean i don't like or admier her. AFter all she created it no. I'm talking about Tegan Northwood. I love songs like Herald, Mermaids, Peteless Beach, Purple Green And Grey. And i really think how wonderful they would sound with Happy Rhodes at the mic. Look maybe she even would let you do it, let's say, gladly. Or maybe you could do it together. Well a question of chemistry. I don't know. Just my 5 ct idea. I am probably an unusual fan of this fantastic voice , I was a big Kate B fan as a 16 year old , am now 46 . Travela lot , stay in a lot of hotel rooms , married in the UK . My job is looking sfter Pro golfers on the European Tour . My all time favourite song was dream of sheep because it used to help me sleep as a kid I always get on the net and listen to Happy while travelling and really appreciate what a fantastic range she has that many people just dont get . Sorry, just had to write again... Why, oh why isn't this lady selling like hot cakes? The more I hear her, the more I am impressed! Ms Rhodes is compared to Kate Bush on another site I have visited and, even tho' I love Kate's music, it must be said that Happy Rhodes is better than Kate (in my opinion). Please, Please don't stop making music! And for the record, I might just be the oldest fan of Ms Rhodes... I'm 61. Be Blessed.
