Regardless if one agrees that global warming is factual or a hoax we have to agree that we, the human race, need to or should I say it is paramount that we develop new methods of transportation that do not rely on oil base products; factories that do not require fossil fuel; and housing that is more economical to live and operate. We cannot remain in the thrall of the oil companies as we watch the supply of oil decrease and prices will continue to increase so that we make the oil barons richer.

After finding the Thomas article on your site, stumbled onto "The Future of Food" on the Hulu site. It presents incredibly relevant health issues also, but what captivated me even more was the similar presence of the revolving door between corporations and government, shuttling the corporate ideal, not the welfare of citizens, into our federal government's agencies that decide what is good for its citizens. In fact, though based only on my viewing of this video, bio-engineering seems and even greater threat than aspartame. And this not to lessen the threat of aspartame. I mention this here and now go to your archive to see what your involvement is concerning bio-engineering. Wish you had a search engine to research your site.

My sister sent me a link to an article written by Pat Thomas in the British "The Ecologist" magazine but that was being referenced on the mercola dot com site. They refused to let me read it without opening up an account so the web search followed that led me to the posting of the identical article by Thomas on your site. I'm curious to know more about Pat Thomas as to whether this person is just merely an incredibly exhaustive research journalist, or is his/her credential more than that. I've found over 200 hits for "Pat Thomas Reports" that seem to go back maybe 10 years and have sent an email off tho "The Ecologist" where the artical was first published back in 2005. Do you know any more of Mr/Mz Thomas?
