What is your process for welcoming ordained ministers from other denominations? I have a heart for the UK, and would welcome learning about chueches looking for Pastors. Bless you for your consideration.

I recently attended the 'Memorial to Frances Ridley Havergal' evening at Portadown Independent Methodist and would just like to say how much I enjoyed it. Rev. Mander put it together really well and must have done a lot of research. It was a blessing to be able to sing some of her hymns which are sadly neglected today and hear her life story.
