Great recipes, although I am a Bengali, I am a great fan of authentic Kashmiri food. It's difficult to find restaurants serving Kashmiri cuisine in the US.

Many thanks for these recipes! I lived in Kashmir as a child, and I miss the cooking. I have enough experience to tell a good recipe from a mediocre one. There are so many pseudo-Kashmiri recipes on the Net, it's depressing. May I say, yours is the real thing! Thanks again.
