Having visited Kashmir and become very fond of its environment, people and food, I have now adopted the Kashmiri cuisine.
Many thanks for the recipes. I ate many of them when I was there - lotus stem, fish, chicken, etc.

Thank you so much for getting these recipes out here. My wife is a kashmiri " sapru "...its been long we are here in canada and she has been always talking about wazwan...but unfortunatly none of the hotel we get it here..i made her see your youtube and she was sooo soooo happy...thanks a lot for being there for us...my only request...please make more youtube videos..you guys rock..love you both..
