HI,
IT IS NICE TO SEE KASHMIRI PANDIT RECIPIES. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF KASHMIRI MUSLIM RECIPIES WERE PART OF YOUR WEBSITE. OTHEWISE KOSHURSAAL DOES NOT REALLY REPRESENT KASHMIRI COOKING.

Great recipes, although I am a Bengali, I am a great fan of authentic Kashmiri food. It's difficult to find restaurants serving Kashmiri cuisine in the US. Thanks Chandramukti

Many thanks for these recipes! I lived in Kashmir as a child, and I miss the cooking. I have enough experience to tell a good recipe from a mediocre one. There are so many pseudo-Kashmiri recipes on the Net, it's depressing. May I say, yours is the real thing! Thanks again.
